Return & Exchange

RETURN​

We offer a 7-day return period. Kindly send us an email within 7 days upon acknowledgement of delivery. All returns must be in the original packaging and unused. ​

*Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:​

  • Clearance sale or promotional items are final and cannot be returned.​
  • Washed or used products.​
  • Products purchased from any third party.​

We reserve the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.​

REFUND​

Product must be kept in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, with proof of order. We do not accept products purchased from any third party. Do ensure that the products are returned via our arranged courier. ​

Once we have inspected the product, do allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to process. ​

EXCHANGE​

We offer a 7-day exchange period. Kindly send us an email within 7 days upon acknowledgement of delivery. Exchanges will be charged at a flat rate of S$10 and a courier will be arranged to do a 1-to-1 exchange. Please ensure the products are kept in the original packaging, brand new and unused. ​

For incorrect order, please send photos of the order to our email within 7 days upon the receipt date of parcel delivery. We will arrange a 1-to-1 exchange at no additional cost.​

For defective products, please send photos of the defects within 7 days upon the receipt date of parcel delivery. We will arrange a 1-to-1 exchange at no additional cost.​
