❗Kindly refer to the sizing guide in the photos to ensure a proper fit.

❗Tencel sheets are delicate. Using the wrong water temperature and/ or cycle can cause damage to the fibers. Kindly refer to the care guide in the photos.

❗It is recommended that you wash your Tencel sheets separately to avoid contact with rough fabrics, zippers or hooks that are commonly found on clothes which can cause pilling and abrasion.

❗Depending on the types of sleepers, abrasion from body contacts can also cause pilling to the delicate Tencel sheets. However, small fuzz balls can be combed out gently with a razor blade.

❗Wrinkles are to be expected after wash especially for natural fabrics as they are not coated with toxic chemicals. We recommend line-drying your sheets immediately after wash to reduce wrinkles.

❗Due to lighting and screen settings, do expect slight differences in the colours of actual product.

❗Due to hygiene reason, a return due to "change of mind" will only be accepted if the product is still in its original packaging and in unused/ unwashed condition.
